So it is written: “Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken יהוה by the prophet, saying, Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Immanuel.”

Eternal is the covenant of יהוה with Israel. Whoever it is born of the Spirit is integrated Eternal Covenant.
The son of Elohim came to bring to men of good will, understanding what they lacked. Because the Torah is holy.
